The Fox Pub – Welcome to Mark Hix
The Fox Pub has a new leaseholder, and will be opening again after the latest Covid 19 lockdown with Mark Hix running things. Mark was the Chef Director of Caprice Holdings for many years, before branching out on his own. He was awarded an MBE in the 2017 New Years Honours list for services to hospitality.
His current restaurants include The Oyster & Fish House in Lyme Regis.
Our understanding is that it will remain a pub but will have an enhanced restaurant.
