TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF COMMON LANE, HALSTOCK

DORSET COUNCIL has made a Notice under Section 14 [2] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 as amended.
All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along COMMON LANE, HALSTOCK between New Inn Farm and Hickory Lodge, a distance of approximately 390 metres. The Notice is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 09 December 2024 between 0930 and 1530​​ and remain in force for five days, but it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 10 December 2024.

This Notice will enable Dorset Council to carry out carriageway patching works.
