Corscombe Village Fete
August 16th 12noon – 4pm.
To be held at Corscombe Court a very picturesque grade 1 moat ed manor house and tithe barn situated opposite The Fox pub which is 17th century and thatched. The fete is to raise funds for the village hall and church + other local charities.
There will be ample parking to include a disabled area + toilets on site.
Entry £1.00 for adults.
Attractions to include licensed bar,BBQ, tea tent with homemade cakes, ice cream stall. Live music, light/fire show, children’s corner, children’s tattoo, mini golf, egg throwing competition, guess the number of milk bottle in tractor, raffle with prizes donated by local business’s, Hamstone raffle, bottle tomb olla. classic car display and vintage tool sale.
Your craft stalls + beekeeping and honey for sale, history display about Corscombe Court, bric-a-brac and books, pre loved clothes and a stand from Wessex Internet with prize draw. There will be a vegetable competition + human fruit machine walking around. A tug of war competition is still being organised.
