The Festival Players Theatre Company is now well established as a professional company delivering the best in open-air Shakespeare. Touring as an all-male rep company, it continues to grow in reputation internationally and last summer, the company brought their outstanding production of Henry V to Halstock, in an evening enjoyed by many. This summer they invite you to share in the colour, poetry, and magical mayhem of Shakespeare’s wonderful fantasy comedy, ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ as they return to Dorset for one night only with Artsreach, the county’s touring arts charity.
Hog roast and bar from 6pm. Please dress for all weather and bring your own chairs, rugs and cushions. Assistance dogs only.
