PROPOSED TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF FUDGE HILL, CORSCOMBE
PROPOSED TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF FUDGE HILL, CORSCOMBE
I have received an application from Wessex Water to close FUDGE HILL, CORSCOMBE between the entrance to Church Farm and a point approximately 35 metres north west. The closure has been requested to allow Wessex
Water to carry out a permanent reinstatement. These works are programmed to commence between 0800 and 1600 on 11 June 2026.
Wessex Water will publicise the road closure in a number of ways: they will place information boards on the road in this area to inform the travelling public of the works; they will carry out a letter drop to local residents directly affected by the works; and they will sign a vehicular diversion route using the local road network. The
following map shows the extent of the closure and the diversion route.
